Session Fees + Payment Options

My fees align with standard medical aid rates. Please contact me to inquire about my current rates.

After each therapy session, payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice via EFT (electronic funds transfer). Alternatively, you may pay immediately after your session via card (Visa and Mastercard accepted). For your first session, immediate payment via card is required.

Medical Aid Claims + Reimbursements

I am a registered with most major medical aid schemes; however, my practice primarily operates on a private-pay basis (contracted out of medical aid). This means that you will settle your account after each session and then claim back from medical aid yourself. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Prescribed Minimum Benefits

Some clients may qualify for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) under their medical aid plan if they meet certain diagnostic criteria. However, a psychological assessment is required before applying, therefore I cannot apply for a PMB if you have not attended a session with me.

Important: A PMB application requires a diagnostic code, which will become part of your permanent health record. Please consult your medical aid provider to understand any long-term implications.

Appointment Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and availability, cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full (medical aid will not reimburse these charges).
